I have not been watching my diet lately. I fell off the wagon for a couple months. I only gained 3 pounds, but that’s still 3 more I have to lose. Not to mention the strength and endurance I lost. So right now I am focused on eating less processed food and gaining muscle. Plus once I have gained more muscle the easier it will be to get rid of the extra fat. Since muscle helps to burn more calories. I want to be strong!

Don’t waste time thinking about it. Just lace up those trainers and step out of the door. You’ll soon be out there feeling proud of yourself for making the decision to walk, jog or run towards your weight loss and fitness goals. JUST DO IT.

You also have to watch what you eat. I used to be a long distance runner. I could run for hours at a time. But I also used to eat A LOT, and I was not at all thin. So don’t forget to eat a normal amount of food… (unless you don’t care about that stuff! like I used to be)
Wow. I run 3 miles a day, (well I just got sick so I haven’t for a week) which is about 27. Serious stuff.
